“Permitted Disclosure of Aggregate Birth Information”
AuthorizestheDepartment to disclose aggregate birth information for administrative, statistical, or research purposes. Aggregate datasets that have not undergone cell size suppression in accordance with the data release standards and that do not contain birth information that is otherwise restricted by law or court order may only be disclosed in accordance with the requirements for limited data sets. Those aggregate datasets that have undergone cell size suppression in accordance with the data release standards may be released in accordance with the requirements for de-identification.
