ONC Issues Report to Congress on Health IT Progress

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) has submitted the "2016 Report to Congress on Health IT Progress: Examining the HITECH Era and the Future of Health IT" to the US Senate and the US House of Representatives. In the report, ONC highlights the expanded access to electronic health records (EHR) for health care providers since the passage of the HITECH Act.
