National Center for Medical-Legal Partnership releases Information Sharing Issue Brief, authored by Health Information & the Law project staff

The National Center for Medical-Legal Partnership at the George Washington University commissioned a report on Information Sharing in MLPs. The report, titled Information Sharing in Medical-Legal Partnerships: Foundational Concepts and Resources, was authored by Health Information and the Law Project team members Jane Hyatt Thorpe, JD; Lara Cartwright-Smith, JD, MPH; Elizabeth Gray, JD, MHA; and Marie Mongeon, MPH(cand). The brief provides and overview and analysis of key information sharing issues applicable to the various types of interdisciplinary information sharing required in medical-legal partnership arrangements.
